Review Policy - AppsArc

1. Authenticity & Honesty

Reviews should be based on your genuine experience with the application. Please do not post reviews for apps you haven't used. Honest feedback, whether positive or negative, helps others make informed decisions.

2. Respectful Communication

We encourage constructive criticism but will not tolerate hate speech, harassment, threats, or offensive language. Treat developers and other users with respect. Reviews containing profanity or abusive content will be removed.

3. Relevance

Keep your reviews relevant to the app's features, performance, and user experience. Avoid discussing unrelated topics, political views, or personal grievances that do not pertain to the software itself.

4. No Spam or Promotion

Reviews are not a place for advertising. Do not include promotional links, referral codes, or spam. Repeatedly posting the same review or using bots to manipulate ratings is strictly prohibited.

5. Conflict of Interest

Developers should not review their own apps or those of competitors to manipulate ratings. If you have a professional relationship with the app creator, please disclose it or refrain from reviewing.

6. Privacy & Safety

Do not post personal information (PII) such as phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses belonging to yourself or others.

Enforcement

AppsArc reserves the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines. We may also suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly infringe upon our policies. If you see a review that violates these rules, please report it to us.
