About Calk: Weight on Track
Learn more about this application's features and capabilities.
Calk is a calorie tracker for people who want useful answers from food logging without turning it into a permanent daily job.
Most trackers treat every meal as a new search, barcode scan, photo, or recipe. Calk turns the meals you actually eat into editable templates. Build a familiar dish once, then reuse it in a couple of taps. If today’s version is different, change only what changed: the ingredient, cooking method, sauce, addition, or portion. The rest of the meal stays intact and all nutrition values are recalculated.
This structured approach makes composite meals much easier to understand. Instead of showing only a daily calorie total, Calk can reveal which recurring dishes and ingredients have the greatest effect on your diet and where a realistic change would matter most.
After a focused period of logging, the Nutrition Report reviews calories, macros, vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, calorie density, and food variety. It highlights repeated patterns and suggests what you could add or replace inside the meals you already like. Calk does not prescribe a menu, ban foods, or pretend to reconstruct an invisible recipe from a photograph.
Once you have learned enough from the diary and adjusted your usual meals, you can stop logging every day. Continue monitoring your weight trend and return for a short food check when the trend suggests that something has changed.
Food logging, calorie and macro targets, weight entries, and the weight-trend chart remain free. New users receive 30 days of full access, including the first Nutrition Report, without providing a bank card.
Calk is private, ad-free, and works offline for food and weight logging. It is available on iPhone, iPad, and Android.
