Dagmor helps a team understand its recorded customer calls without turning every question into a tick box. Send completed call recordings to Dagmor and the work starts with a Call Log: each call keeps its original recording name, its audio, and a readable transcript together. You can scan what happened before deciding which recordings deserve a listen. When you do need to hear the original, it is still there. The transcript gives you a quicker route into the conversation, and the recording remains the source for checking any disputed words.
You control what the reviewers are looking for. A team can use a specific script it has chosen, build one for a particular campaign, or let Dagmor draft a starting script from repeated points in its own calls. That saves the dull first pass of writing every question by hand, while leaving the team able to decide what belongs in the final script. The point is to review the calls the team actually made, against a script that makes sense for that work, instead of forcing every campaign into the same checklist.
Dagmor can bring together the recorded conversation, the survey answer, and the score. That matters because a score alone can hide the part a customer cared about most. A customer might praise the person who helped with a delivery and, in the same breath, explain that a billing mistake took too long to fix. Both parts belong in the review. Dagmor's analysis looks at the words between the formal questions as well as the answers inside them, so the report can show themes the ticks would miss. A human reviewer can still make or change the decision; the software keeps that judgment visible rather than pretending the machine heard everything perfectly.
The reports are meant to be readable by the people who have to act on them. You can see call performance, conduct, recording coverage, customer language and trends across the work. Hero Scores let agents see who is doing well and what earned the recognition. Coverage reporting makes it easier to see what was checked and what was missed. Conduct reporting gives managers a place to look for issues that need attention. The simple report is backed by the calls and transcripts, so a manager can go from an overall pattern to the individual conversation that explains it.
A team can use Dagmor as its call-review workspace, with scripts and human checks, or take the simpler route: send the completed calls and get the reports. That second route is useful when the team already has a way of running calls and mainly wants a clear account of what customers and agents actually said. Dagmor was built for the many small choices in call review that affect whether the result is fair and useful: the original recording name, the transcript beside the audio, the script that matches the campaign, the human decision, and the plain report that people will read.
