Founden Web App Overview

Founden turns a plain-language description into a real, running company. Describe what you want to build and Founden produces the whole thing: the website, the app with sign-in, its back office, payments, email and its own domain. The company is built and published by an AI builder, either Claude Code or Codex, so the work you would otherwise assemble across many tools happens in one place.

Starting is simple. You describe the first version in plain language, and it goes live. Founden takes that description and builds the parts a founder would otherwise assemble separately, so the time between an idea and a working product is measured in the description you give it rather than in weeks of setup.

The real difference shows after launch. Switch on autopilot and the same AI keeps developing the company. It ships improvements to the product, answers the company's email, and works on growth. Instead of a finished project that slowly goes stale, you get software that keeps moving forward while you focus on the decisions that only a founder can make.

Founden is built for people who want to run a company with very few people behind it. A team of one to ten people can use it to put a complete product in front of customers and keep that product developing without hiring a full engineering department for every release. Every part of the company it creates is connected: the public website, the application users sign into, the back office where the team manages its work, the payments that take money, and the email that talks to people.

You can build in two places. Work in the browser, or use the macOS desktop app. Both run on your own AI plan, so you bring the AI you already use while Founden provides the structure that turns it into a finished company. The choice of AI stays with you, and the building, publishing and ongoing work is handled for you.

Founden is available on the web and as a macOS desktop app. There is no iOS or Android app at this time.

Pricing is freemium. The free plan includes 200 credits a month, enough to start and see the first version go live. Paid plans start at $29 a month for Pro, with Max at $99 a month and Team from $249 a month. New accounts can also try an 8-day free Pro trial to explore the larger plans before choosing one.

Founden fits anyone creating software with AI, including people practicing vibe coding, people working with agent tools, and founders who want a business without the usual overhead. More than 1,000 companies have been built with Founden so far, across a wide range of ideas and starting points.

Founden launched in 2026 and is based in the United States. Its focus is autonomous software: software described once and then kept running and improving by an AI that understands the company it belongs to.
